How to start a return
Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. We'll provide instructions and a free return shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within a few business days.
Condition of returned items
Items should be returned in the condition you received them, with all original packaging and accessories where possible. This helps us process your refund quickly.
Free return shipping
We cover return shipping costs on all eligible orders — you won't be charged a restocking fee.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once an order has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies instead.
